Foncia Limouzy Real EstateAt Foncia Limouzy we have several ways in which you can find out about our list of properties. Firstly make a start by looking at our selection of properties here. Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and on Saturdays by appointment. We speak English, French and German. We can assist you in the selection process using our knowledge of the properties we have available and our knowledge of the region thus ensuring you do not waste time viewing unsuitable properties. Once you have selected the properties which interest you we will organise vists and then accompany you to see them. We will also take time to help you to get to know the region. Buying Process Once you have found a property you wish to buy we will take you on to the next stage of the process. In France there are two contracts to be signed; one straight away and one on completion. The initial contract is called a 'compromis de vente' (provisional sales agreement) and covers all details of the sale. The time between the signing of the compromis de vente and the final contract is normally 2 months. On the date of completion, after the signing of the final contract, the keys of the property are handed to you and you become the owner ! Foncia Limouzy will accompany you through every step of this process, including all dealings with the notaire (solicitor). |
