Make your purchase simple and straightforward
Just to let you know how we can help you in the process of searching and purchasing available real estate, here is the way AGATA CHAPMAN PROPERTIES works:
- We get as many details as possible about your property search.
- We select properties which fit your preferences in our listing.
- Since the agency, AGATA CHAPMAN PROPERTIES, is a member of SIA (French Multiple Listing System) organization, we also make a selection in the SIA data base. We get detailed information about properties that other agencies, SIA members, have in their listings. There are about 200 real estate SIA agencies in the area, from Cannes to Menton.
- We send you detailed files and pictures about the selected properties via email.
- We make a list of the real estate you want to visit during your stay. We usually need to know about a week in advance about the dates of your stay.
- We plan a schedule for the visits. (It can be half days or even full days.)
- We make arrangements for the visits and organize all of the appointments.
- We pick you up and drive you to all of the selected properties.
What really works about this organization, is that YOU DON T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING. You deal with only one professional, knowing that you have the opportunity to visit all suitable properties in the real estate market.
