In addition to being an estate agent, we also have own building and project development companies, SARL Baticer and SARL Mariol, who can be of service with regard to any building or renovation work in your property. The building company offers an enormous expertise in renovation projects, and is run by a Dutch civil engineer, who speaks fluent Dutch, English and French and offers expertise in all aspects of building work, such as layout and architectural advice, structural repairs, roofing, interior divisions, painting and decorating, tiling, electricity and plumbing work. In short all aspects of building work you need for your project, with the advantage of being able to communicate your wishes in your own language (English, Dutch & French).
