Welcome to the CB French Property pages, which we hope will better inform you of who we are and how we may be able to help you.
We are an Irish business working in both France and Ireland and through guidance, support and expertise, we aim to make the process of buying in France a smooth experience for you. Having bought property ourselves in France, we understand how daunting the experience can be when you consider that the language, the market, the legal system and the tax implications are different. However having been in the business for several years now, we also understand that buyers needs can vary.
Most buyers now have become very sophisticated and familiar with the purchasing system abroad and their needs are quite different with issues concerning investment, rental yields and capital appreciation being more where their interests lie.

How we Work
In France, we work on the ground with developers, agents and sellers directly. All our developments are financed by French banks, offering the purchaser the best possible deals available, we are happy to arrange mortgages if required. We sell directly to Irish and UK buyers, however 2007 brought an increase in the work we do with leading Irish estate agents.
CB French Property source and provide Irish and UK agents with French properties for their overseas portfolios. Our partner agents are carefully chosen to enhance and compliment the strong customer service, which we strive to offer.
