Courlis Conseil is an independant financial advisor practice (IFA) specializing in investments in real estate opportunities in France as well as in financial markets. Our customers are private persons, mostly French nationals but also foreigners. Our selling offers in real estate cover two types of properties :
- Prestigious villas, mansions and flats. These are selling mandates coming mostly from heritages of French families.
- New land and housing development projects. For this we partner with leading French real estate and land developing companies. Investing into such housing projects allows to benefit from specific tax advantages, for French citizens as well as for non residents and foreigners investing into France.
- Historical buildings that are entirely restructured and renovated. These are mostly situated in the historical and medieval districts, the "vieille ville", like in Bordeaux, La Rochelle, Avignon and others.

Our Geographical targets
Geographically speaking we are mostly targeting the French Riviera, the south-west of France around Bordeaux and Biarritz, Paris region (Ile de France) and Brittany.
