Holt Immo is a family business run by Zoë and Paul Holt.

We are based in La Souterraine, a small town of medieval origins in the rural area of central France known as La Creuse, which is a department of Limousin.

We came to this area 10 years ago, fell under its spell and stayed.

Zoë is the first and so far the only registered estate agent of British origin in this department.

Creuse is a beautiful region where old fashioned values persist. Houses here are still very reasonably priced and the countryside is stunning.

If you buy a house through us, we will help you with every step of the transaction and continue to provide bilingual assistance after you have completed the purchase. This will include:
