About Properties in France
Our region covers the valleys of La Loire and Le Loir rivers, stretching roughly from Angers to Tours (west to east) and Le Mans to Thouars (north to south)
We provide a personal service, assisting you in finding, purchasing and restoring properties. We will:
- Meet you and review your property selections
- Arrange and accompany you on property viewings
- Arrange and accompany you at meetings with the Notaire
- Arrange and attend (if needed) a visit to a local French bank to open an account/secure a mortgage
- Handle translation and advise on legal points in conjunction with the Notaire
- Help to arrange property insurance
- Arrange connection of utilities
- Help arrange property restoration and maintenance
- Provide (if required) an annual property surveillance contract
