Rural Retreats Ltd was established in 1989 with its Head Office in Brighton and represented by a network of accredited agents in the Languedoc itself. Our agents offer a wide range of traditional village and country properties to suit various tastes and pockets.

including the Minervois shielded by the heavily wooded, sweet-scented Montagne Noire to the north with its crystal streams and abundant wildlife, and the gently rolling Corbières in the south where the Mediterranean climate supports citrus and olive groves, and where the loudest sound is likely to be the soporific whirring of cicadas under umbrella pine trees.

The fact that both areas are major producers of excellent quality wines, we believe, provides an additional attraction.
