The team, both English and French, offer a full advisory service providing a professional, personal and friendly service helping you through every aspect of buying your property in France. This includes after sales care and being a support network when you finally move to France. Our selection of property is wide from renovation projects to town houses and from farmhouses to chateaux. We also have a good selection of commercial opportunities.

We are an independent estate agent set up by Julian and Emma Archard in the historic town of Richelieu, 15 minutes south of Chinon. We sell property throughout the Loire Valley region of France.
Julian obtained a degree in Land Mangement from Reading University and then qualified as a solicitor. He pursued a successful career as a property lawyer in England before moving to the southern Loire region of France with Emma and their three young children to become an estate agent.
