Saint-Brieuc in 40 minutes
By Rail:
TGV Brest to Paris line, the local station is Plouaret-Trégor
From June until September there is a direct train from Lannion to Paris.

By Air :
Regional airport in Lannion with twice daily 1 hour flight connections betwen Lannion to Paris-Orly.
By Sea :
Connections with the UK from Roscoff (1 hour away) and Saint-Malo (2 hours away).
From Roscoff :
When you disembark from the ferry, look for signs to the town of Morlaix. Just before you reach Morlaix, you will get to the RN12 ( a dual carriageway connecting Brest & Rennes ).
You will travel round Morlaix & should start looking for green signs to Lannion quite quickly ( about 5 miles after joining the RN12 ). When you leave the main road, just follow signs to Lannion.
From St Malo :
When you leave the ferry port, head towards the town of St Brieuc. There are two different ways to reach St Brieuc both of which are equally good.
A few miles before St Brieuc, you will join the RN12, the main road connecting Rennes & Brest. Again, keep heading towards St Brieuc. You must stay on the RN12 through the town & then travel approximately 20 miles ( same road & still heading West ). You will go past Guingamp ( 30 km west of St Brieuc ) & must then start looking for the turn-off to Lannion ( about 4 miles after Guingamp ). The road you will join upon leaving the RN 12 goes directly to the agency.
Directions to the agency
The agency is situated on the square in Lannion called Place du Marchallac h : This square is relatively easy to find once you are in the town centre. As you approach Lannion, try to follow any signs towards the centre ville .
You will be in the middle of Lannion relatively quickly ( it s not a very big place ). The next signs you should look for are those indicating Place du Marchallac h . The square itself has a large parking area which is centrally positioned & various businesses are situated all around ( including our agency ). French car-park signposts are bright orange & therefore quite easy to spot. Again, look for place du Marchallac'h .
When you find the square, the agency is quite obvious. The advertisements in our window are green & yellow. The full name of the agency is L Adresse, côtes d armor immobilier . Good luck!
