The IFP Property Spy is designed to keep you up to date with newly added properties to the IFP Ltd network. After you have specified the type and details of properties you are interested in we can send you properties that match your requirments on a daily, weekly or monthly email.

The IFP Property Spy is available to all registered members of the website, if you are not registered yet please click here.

If you are registered already simply login and select 'Your Account Home' where you will find the options displayed on the right.

Select Property Profile to get started, here you can set the following criteria for your ideal property in France.

• Max and Min Price
• Region(s) of France
• Property Type
• Habitable Space
• Land Size
• Number of Bedrooms
• Property Condition
• Roof Condition
• Water Supply
• Electricity Supply
• Drainage
• Heating
• Position
• Property Features (eg. Terrace or Swimming Pool)

Now that the Property Profile has been completed the Property spy can start matching newly added properties that meet your requirments. From 'Your Account Home' select 'Property Spy' so you can enable property updates.

Within this section of the site you can specify how often you would like to recieve the emails (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) and whether you prefer to recieve Plain Text or HTML emails. Your email address should also be displayed on this page to confirm where emails will be sent.

Now that you are subscribed to our Property Spy you will receive reqular emails from IFP Ltd about the latest properties added to the website. You can also view the latest properties that match your criteria by returning the the property spy section of the account where the same property adverts, recieved via email, will be displayed on the website too.
