Changing Your Password

If you would like to change your password simply follow the steps listed below:

Login to the website and click on the Account Settings link on the left hand side of your Account Home.
Enter your new password and confirm it a second time in the appropriate boxes and click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
From this page you may change all of your other account settings including your user details, address and telephone.
Once you have saved your new password on you accounts settings page you will be able to use your new password to login into French-property.com with immediate effect.

Lost Password

If you have lost your password please follow the steps listed below:

Go to the login page. Or click on login on the top right corner of the website template page.
Click the lost password link next to the submit box.
Then enter your registered username (typically your email address) and click on the reset my password button.
A new password will be sent to your email address which will immediately be valid. If you continue to have problems simply contact us and we will endeavour to resolve the problem.

If you would like to change your email address simply follow the steps listed below:

Login to the website and click on the Account Settings link on the left hand side of your Account Home.
Select the Contact Details tab on this page.
Enter your email into the Primary Email box and click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
From this page you may also specify an alternative email address. Please note that all correspondence (including property advertisement enquiries) will be sent to your primary email address.
To change the status of an email address or telephone number (i.e. to promote it to primary from alternative) simply use the links found to the right of the appropriate entry. To promote an email from alternative to primary simply click on the Make Primary link to the right of the correct alternative email address. The screenshot opposite highlights these links.
