La Clé d’Or Immobilier is an Estate Agency based in the Languedoc-Roussillon. It is here that we have gained many years experience in the real estate business concentrating mainly on the department of the Aude, with it’s famous regions such as the Montagne Noire, the Cabardès, the Lauragais, the Corbières, and the Minervois also the stunning cities of Carcassonne and Limoux.

OUR AGENCIES

There are two Agencies; one in the picturesque village of Saissac, with it’s Cathar Castle, and the other in Cuxac-Cabardès, on the road from Carcassonne to Mazamet the RD 118.

We have been living, working and studying here since 1987 and the question often asked of us is 'why did you choose this area of France?' Our answer is, the Aude has everything. There are mountains like the Pyrenees and the Montagne Noire, the Mediterranean Sea, valleys, hills, wild gorges, glorious sunflower fields, forests, roughdry garrigues, villages full of character, magnificent castles, abbeys and ancient ruins.
