LOST IN FRANCE was set up in April 2003 to provide a marketplace for some of the exceptional properties of charm and character that were being offered to France Property Search in its day to day activities and that were not immediately sold to search customers.
LOST IN FRANCE is not a broker or intermediary holding hundreds of houses for a multitude of agencies. If we show a house on the site we know it to be genuine and that at the time it is added to the site it is actually for sale. In all cases we, or one of our partners, hold a "Sales Mandate" to sell the property.
LOST IN FRANCE is fully licensed in France to conduct Property transactions and holds the Carte Professionnelle No. T10208 issued by the Prefecture de Police de Paris.
All prices quoted for properties are inclusive of agency fees. N.B. An allowance of c. 7.5% should be made to cover Notaires and government fees.
