Ski Property Prices in French Alps

The French notaires from Savoie and Haute Savoie have recently posted their latest report on ski property prices in the French Alps.
Although, the figures only cover the year to September 2009, what they lack in currency they make up for in the level of their reliability.
Within the resort areas the prices have fallen by an average of 5%, although the number of sales has been down by up to 25%. The following table summaries the average prices in each of the main Alpine ski resorts.
