Adding a French Flavour to the French Village

If you have a passion for real French food, then make sure you visit the French Flavour stand for a selection of French delights including, tapenades, escargots, jams, terrines, cassoulets and confits.
French Flavour source their products from artisan producers across France and they will be joined at the exhibition by two of these producers.
- La Paimpolaise - Gourmet seafood rillettes producers from Northern Brittany. Using traditional recipes and freshest local Breton produce they produce a selection of sea food pâté otherwise known as 'rillettes'. Visit the stand to sample some of the best rillettes France has to offer.
- Fine French Caviar – Caviar producers from France. Used by some of the most revered of French Michelin Star chefs, the caviar is produced in the oldest working farm in the Aquitaine region of France. You can sample this delicacy with a glass of champagne.
Prize draw
