French Housing Prices per Region

Here are the average housing value (for sales) in France. For every French region, you could find a valuation of the regional Real Estate prices for both Arable lands and Grasslands.

The table includes the average sale price of a plot of land in every region of France. These values can vary according to the state of the land and property (according to the location of the region and of the land, etc).

It is not surprising that the most expensives plots of land are located in the the greatest producing regions of France like Upper and Lower Normandy and Picardy; such regions are indeed sought after and highly appreciated for their local produce and, more precisely, dairy products. Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur is another popular French region, situated at the seaside in the South of France, boasting rich and varied landscapes.
