Water sports		Canoeing, kayaking, rafting, hydrospeed are praticable along more than 600 kilometres of watercourses.

Aquariums and Zoos		"Parc des Cigognes et des Loutres": storks and otters in a park of 5 ha, in Hunawihr. Aquarium "Les Naïades": farm and botanic park in Ottrott "La Montagne des Singes": meeting with free monkeys across the mountain in Kintzheim. "Volerie des Aigles" with the biggest raptor. "Cigoland" with attractions and animals. "Parc zoologique et botanique" in Mulhouse with protected fauna and flora.
Amusement Park		"Didi’Land": with several attractions,in Morsbron-Les-Bains "Nautiland": one of the biggest aquatic park in Alsace "Acropark": activities in the heart of the forest.
Parks and Gardens		"Schoppenwihr Park": romantic english garden of 40 hectares. "La roseraie de Saverne": more than 8,500 rosewoods and 550 varieties on 1,5 ha.

Spring		Les Artefacts in Strasbourg, in April(celebrating music)
Summer		"Festival de Jazz" in August in Mulhouse (celebrating music).
Autumn		"Festival de la Soupe au Jardin" (celebrating gastronomy), in September, in Sainte Croix aux Mines.
Winter		"Marché de Noël": the most famous being in Strasbourg but also in others towns and villages. Momix, in Kingersheim in February (celebrating artistic creation)
		Alsace Towns and villages of interest
Upper-Rhin		Mulhouse: industrial town, sole patrimony and its prestigious museums. Riquewihr: typical village of alsace architecture with fortifications, paving stone alleys Neuf-Brisach: fortress town with typical military architecture, belonging to patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO.
Lower-Rhin		Sélestat: with its "Bibliothèque Humaniste", its festivals and its market. Wissembourg: more than 70 houses from the 18th century,and elegant city hall. Hunawihr: surrounded by vineyards and visit of storks and otters centre. Strasbourg: Capital of europe situated in the heart of europe with its cathedral Notre-Dame,its canals, Modern art museum and the European Parliament, Conseil de l’Europe and Palais des Droits de l’Homme.
"Villes et Villages Fleuris"		Number of towns and villages have been elected as "villes et villages fleuris" in both departments like Bergheim, Hirtzbach or Eguisheim in the Upper Rhin and Diebolsheim, Itterswiller or Marckolsheim in the Lower Rhine.
