Aquitaine Property Market

  • Aquitaine region is dynamical and attractive for property buyers, across its 5 departments: Dordogne, Lot et Garonne, Landes, Pyrénées Altantiques and Gironde.
  • The current situation market demonstrates that Aquitaine is a good investment decision for those looking for buying property in France and living there for long or short term.In 2006 Aquitaine property prices rised by about 7% on existing properties and 19% on new build. The demand for land was also high and plot prices were rising.
