Lower Normandy Travel by Sea
There are 4 seaports in Lower Normandy: Caen-Ouistreham, Cherbourg, Granville and Honfleur. All of these coastal towns serve UK-France ferry crossings. Travelling by boat is indeed a perfect way to enjoy the French coastal towns with their beautiful beaches!
The choice of ferry operators running from UK ports to Lower-Normandy is wide. P&O Ferries, SeaFrance Ferries, Brittany or Irish ferries, amongst others; will provide you with regular crossings (about 4 per day) and cheap ferry tickets (especially for groups).
