For New Build Projects, we can help you find a suitable plot of land. Once we understand your requirements, we will prepare a short-list of potential plots (from private sales to local estate agents) for you to visit. We will then help you through the negotiation and purchase process. We will work with you and the builder to design the layout that works for you.
For Renovation Projects, we can manage the process from start to finish. Ensuring all planning permissions are in place; getting quotes from local tradesmen; and provide you with regular progress reports.
Property Management - Through our network of local professionals we can manage your second home or rental accommodation. Some examples of services include, Swimming pool treating and cleaning; House cleaning and gardening; Meet and greet your rental customers; General repairs; Creating a website for your rental property etc.
For New Build or Large Renovation Projects - Once we understand your requirements we provide you with a fixed fee for project managing (based on the size of your project). For Property Management we charge a per hour fee.
