Our Company owner and Manager, Philip Waddingham has a background in a County Council Architects department, running large building contracts, in addition to twelve years as owner of a well respected contracting firm in the Wiltshire area. Philip moved permanently to France in 1992 and completed renovation of a substantial property into a Gite and Bed and Breakfast complex. Having gone through the relocation process himself, Phillip is perfectly positioned to provide a comprehensive service, relating to his own experiences.

The area benefits from the warmer climate found South of the River Loire and consists of lovely rolling countryside, crossed by numerous large rivers & beatiful areas of mixed forest. There are many attractive villages & the area is never more than 1hours drive from the well known Chateaux of the Loire. In addition, the area is 4.5 hours drive from the port of Caen, served from Portsmouth and there are 3 local airports, Tours & Poitiers served from Stansted & Limoges from both Stansted & Liverpool.
