OUR LOVELY PROPERTY is is conveniently situated between Beaumont du Perigord and Cadouin,in an elevated position with views and no near neighbours yet not isolated. On the ouskirts of a historically important village with Unesco Abbey, general shop and restaurant. Beaumont du Perigord (3.5 miles) with supermarket, shops, doctors, dentist, chemist, post office, bars and restaurants. Cadouin (4.5 miles) with its marvelous summer weekly night markets with food stalls and live music set in the charming square with its bars and restaurants and overlooked by the imposing Abbey.

It is a just over a 30 minute drive to Bergerac and its airport and also to the many prehistoric sites at Les Eyzies. Sarlat is 45 minutes away and there are many well known tourist sites and beautiful Bastide towns within the immediate area.
Large open plan living/dining room with fully equipped American kitchen. Utility room with washing machine, storage room and office. 3 double bedrooms bathroom with bath and shower. Possibility of use of pool in season and additional one bedroomed pigeonnier gite which sleeps 2 and has a basic kitchen corner so more suitable for light meals. English TV in both properties.
