Pool & Grounds

The farmhouse sits in1.4 hectares, around 3.5 acres of grounds, with a variety of mature trees including, horse chestnut, acacia, and tall pines which are also home to many birds and wildlife.

There are well stocked flower beds and borders most have their own irrigation watering system supplied directly from the old stone well, which has an iron grid for security. There are many suitable places to sit and relax whilst taking in the breath taking views and scenery.

The heated lagoon shape swimming pool is 11.5 m in length, has roman steps, and uses a salt water filtration system, which is nicer to swim in and kinder on the eyes.

The pool is heated using a heat-exchanger. Although this system of pool heating is expensive to install, it is one of the least expensive heating methods to use day-to-day.

A 200 meter winding gravel drive leads to the house, upon reaching the gravel courtyard to the front of the house, the drive branches off to lead to the Hanger:40' x 18'4"(12.2m x 5.6m) which affords plenty of space for storage and garaging.
