Immaculately restored stone country House set in large grounds. Centrally located, being equdistant from Bergerac and Perigueux. There are 5 comfortably appointed bedrooms, including twin beds in the tower, reached by a separate stairway and a ground floor family room with large double 'bateau lit' bed', plus bunks and ensuite facilities. Another bedroom upstairs has an ensuite and there are a further two bathrooms on the ground and first floor.
The House faces south onto a terrace, flanked by a pergord Tower and entrance gates. The terrace overlooks the flower and lavender gardens and the lawned area ( for games )
Beyond is the 10 metre pool, fully fenced. It has underwater lighting, shower and its own terrace with sun-loungers, shades and 'blow-up' toys.
The house has been recently restored to a very high standard; thr French and English antiqued juxterposed with the modern. The walls are mainly exposed stone and a new efficient central heating system has been installed.
There are outside games, 'including table tennis', hammock, and bikes for all ages. There are also many board games and jig-saws.
