The house is specially suited for disabled people and can easily be connected with house B. Belonging to this house is a piece of land of 500 m², opposite the terrace.

House B (75 m²)

On the ground floor of this cosy cottage you will find a spacious, tiled living room with a fireplace with mantelpiece and a large kitchen annex dining room. Upstairs there is one large double bedroom and another twin bedded bedroom, separated by a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. This house has a large garden with many plants and a beautiful nut tree.

House C (120 m²)

This characteristic cottage offers a spacious tiled living room with stone fireplace and  a large, open kitchen/dining room. On the first floor you will find a romantic double bedroom, two twin-bedded bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, bath and a separate toilet (also renovated in 2000). A large terrace and garden offer great views on the neighbouring landscape.

Quality of construction

All house are in excellent condition and well maintained. Renovations have been executed in the typical Périgourdine style using many original materials. Most of the furniture and equipment have been renewed recently and are included in the purchase price. All house can directly be moved into, no refurbishing or large maintenance is to be foreseen.

Thriving letting practice

During the last years the houses has been let successfully in the summer period, resulting in a considerable income (14 weeks as average per house). Also as an investment the cottages are interesting, as their value increased with an average of 10 % annually from 2000 on.
