A restored 2 story village house, with a wooden deck/terrace overlooking, Place Mestraillat in Issigeac. The house is only 12 minutes from the Bergerac Airport. All services are available in the village: bakery, butcher, tabac, grocery stores (2), pharmacy, cafes and restaurants with one bakery only steps from the door. The market on Sunday is widely known and very active. The house has a large salon, with an entry from the walk street. There is a sofa-bed in the salon that can sleep two, and there is a shower and toilet off of the salon. The upstairs, which has stairs from the salon and a separate entry from the street has a bedroom with an en suite shower/jacuzzi tub and toilet. On this floor is also a full kitchen, with washer, dryer and dishwasher, and a dining area for four . A door in the kitchen, opens onto a deck/terrace overlooking the walk street to the house and the trees in Place Mestraillat. There is also another small enclosed terrace with a bar-b-cue, which opens from the dining area.
