Villa Mimosa is a converted stone farmhouse with stunning views of the surrounding cornfields, pool & river. It is a cozy and comfortable gite with rustic charm, with its own private patio on the side and a spacious bathroom with a shower and a bath. This stone cottage has an open plan ground floor that houses the lounge ,dining area & a fully equipped kitchenette. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds. Its private side patio & large front garden are both south facing, benefiting from hours of sunshine all day long . Situated in a stunning and tranquil riverside setting with pool & large private grounds of 14 acres it is part of 2 other gites at Le Four a Sel. Almost half a kilometre of the property runs by the Vézère river, lined with tall poplars, where guests can enjoy private fishing and picnics onsite . It is set in a secluded and peaceful location yet close to shops and amenitieis at Montignac, just a 10 minute drive away. This is a superb location to get away from it all with easy access to the many attractions of the region, many just 30 minutes away. The area around the gites, pool and garden is fenced preventing indiscriminate access to the river. .Other facilities onsite are: a large garden +orchard wth various fruit trees ; a shared swimming pool, a courtyard for petanque , a covered play area with table tennis, basketball & board games, an outdoor playground with football and badminton net, slide, see-saw and wooden playhouse; a covered terrace for al fresco dining in the shade Sunloungers, deckchairs & parasols and barbecue are provided .
