The house is literally handmade by the region's leading artisans -- from the handcrafted windows and doors, the traditionally made oak terrace and staircase, the chestnut fence to the tiles chosen for the roof. A separate ruin was acquired to procure the original stones for new openings. The design plays on the South -Southeast/west orientation and surrounding views with quiet, evolving light from dusk to dawn. Each window is a landscape painting.
