There is a small lodge sleeps 2. It has a calour gas cooker, woodburner, spring water is available and mains electricity can be connected. The lodge overlooks an acre lake with an abundance of fish, there is a smaller pond for rearing fish if so required. You are surrounded by 4 acres of land. There is a small shed to the rear of the lodge. The setting is superb and tranquil, there are trees all the way around the lake and several chestnut trees to one end. You can drive down the track to the lake but better done when dry. You are surrounded by apple orchards and farm land. Ideal for fishing, relaxing having parties and bar-b-q. Birds, bull frogs, otters. If you like countryside and wild life you will love it. It is possible to live here all the time but you would need a second address as it does not have habitation tax, it is also very unlikely you would be able to construct another property but you could replace the old (large)caravan which would give more living accomodation. It is possible to have the mains electricity connected as they have recently put a new transmitter close by. You could also extend with a large decking area that was roofed by 20 sq. meters.
