Maison de Mirabelle is a haven for your enjoyment. The house consists of three double bedrooms and sleeps up to six persons in comfort.The living areas are set over two floors accessed by two staircases and the principle living is on the first floor.This consists of a fully fitted kitchen breakfast and sitting area.Includes dishwasher microwave fridge cooker and all the tableware & utensils you will need.Steps lead up to a large sitting room with large oak exposed beams a majestic open fireplace,dining area, three large comfy sofas,television and a home theatre system, DVD player, free to air channels BBC, ITV etc you can also play cds.

From the kitchen a hall leads to a double bedroom with a separate vanity unit.Separate toilet.

Stairs down to ground floor Double bedroom and twin bedroom bathroom with over bath shower. Separate toilet. On the ground floor is a large cave (garage store) housing washing machine and log store.

Outside there is plenty of parking in the large garden a single garage and plenty of room to relax and enjoy a barbeque if you wish, table & chairs, sun loungers parasols are provided all for your enjoyment. From the garden there is a separate entrance that take you directly across to the swimming leisure lake (swimming Life Guard July & August). In the summer months you can enjoy a snack or a drink from the lakeside bar.(July &;August)
Thiviers town is 5 mins approx or less by car or a 15-20mins stroll. In Thiviers you have several supermarkets, banks, bars, restaurants, chemists, tennis, lido and much more. Thiviers also has a suberb Saturday market selling many local products.

Because of the stairs the house is unsuitable for those with limited mobility or young children.The house is also non smoking.
