Brand-new, modern, comfortable, intelligently-designed villas set in a charming and picturesque village, internationally renowned as a center of health and fitness – welcome to Villas EUGENIE®!

Located in the historic Eugénie-les-Bains, the enclosed community is a broad, landscaped area, situated 400 meters from the village center.   Twelve large four-unit villas have been designed by renowned architects to be spacious and comfortable, with three and four room floor plans of 70, 80 and 97 square meters.

Each easy-to-maintain unit is equipped with a large private terrace shaded by a motorized awning, a furnished kitchen, a bathroom with Italian-style shower, abundant built-in closet space, reversible air conditioning, roller shutters, electronic door opening for garage-equipped units and a storage area.

A selection of interior styles, specially selected by our decorators, is yours from which to choose to create your own warm and welcoming environment.

The comfortable interiors integrate recent building standards for the disabled in all dwelling designs as well as comfort considerations to respond to your evolving needs.

At home, enjoy every moment of relaxation, taking full advantage of all of the facilities designed with your pleasure and well-being in mind:  the pool, sundeck, boules court and a club house furnished with billiards, a large-screen TV, game tables, a library, piano bar, cyber-cafe and lounges…with a bed & breakfast unit standing ready to welcome visiting family and friends.

Entrance to the Villas EUGENIE® is accessed through automated gates.  A full-time resident caretaker looks after maintenance and minor repairs and provides monitoring during your absences.

THE REGION

Nestled amidst the unspoiled beauty of France’s great Southwest, the village of Eugénie-les-Bains has been a favorite destination of visitors for more than 400 years, drawn by the restorative qualities of its thermal spas.  The village was propelled to prominence in the nineteenth century when it was adopted by the beautiful wife of Napoleon III, the Empress Eugénie, a passionate visitor to the region. 

Eugénie-les-Bains has a reputation among French villages for first-in-fitness, featuring training courses, a tennis court, the famous thermal baths (rheumatism, musculoskeletal system, metabolism, obesity ...), and fitness centers. The village also is the home of Christine and Michel Guérard, multi-starred chef, famous for his healthful gourmet cuisine minceur active^®.

Today, Eugénie-les-Bains has retained its magical qualities and old-world charm while seamlessly integrating all of the modern amenities of a bigger community.  Nearby are shopping centers, cinema, theater, golf and a wide assortment of cultural, tourist and gastronomic destinations. 

Eugénie-les-Bains sits at a crossroads and within easy proximity to a full range of leisure, cultural and historic wonders.  Whether skiing in the magnificent Pyrénées, surfing and swimming on the splendid Atlantic beaches, bicycling through vast pine forests, exploring ruins dating to the Romans or shopping and sight-seeing in the lovely nearby towns of Biarritz, St. Jean-de-Luz, Dax, Bayonne or Pau -- or even Spain… you are surrounded by an incredible array of cultural and culinary richness! 

Easily accessible from within and outside of France, the village is close to the international airports of Pau (45 minutes by car; 30 minutes as of 2011) and Tarbes-Lourdes, high-speed rail and major auto routes.  The beaches of the Basque and Les Landes coasts, the ski resorts of the Pyrénées and the beautiful city of Bordeaux are just 90 minutes away.
