The caravan:

Your caravan is the 3 bedroom Cosalt Elegance mobile home. Sleeping up to 8 the home offers more space plus those little extras which make your stay just that bit more luxurious.

The Sleeping arrangements include
The main bedroom with double bed, beside tables, fully fitted cupboards and wardrobe providing plenty of storage and a dressing table with a hairdryer.
The second bedroom features twin single beds which can be pushed together into a double, a wardrobe and above the bed cupboards providing yet more storage.
The third bedroom is a bunk room, ideal for the kids also with a wardrobe and drawers.
A fold out sofa bed can accommodate 2 extra guests in the lounge area.

There is a full size shower equipped with wash hand basin and shower mat and a separate toilet with vanity basin.

A fully fitted kitchen includes a cooker with gas hob, grill and oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a stack of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.

The large central lounge/diner has a comfortable settee, a gas fire, English satellite TV, a CD player and double doors opening out to the garden providing an ideal space for alfresco dining and/or barbequing with the gas BBQ.
Garden table and chairs, parasol and sun loungers make this outside space perfect for relaxing with a book or just simply dozing in the summer sun.

Positioned in an exceptional location just a stones throw away from the closest beach, right on the park at La Reserve. There is nothing better after a hard day’s swimming and sunbathing than to grab a bottle of chilled wine and head to the lake to watch the sunset while the kids amuse themselves paddling, playing in the sand or enjoying the beach playground.
Everything in the van is in excellent condition and includes extra facilities to make your stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible

Although situated just a short walk from all of the onsite facilities and activities, none of it can be heard during the day or night from your pitch.

For those of you who need to stay in contact with the office Internet connection is available on site and be accessed from the comfort of your own home or garden. This facility can be either purchased online or from the site reception.

For the walkers and cyclists among us there are concealed walks to uncover and cycle routes to explore, and those who venture further a field you will discover a sprawling region that offers a new environment around every turn.

Out and about

Parentis en Born is the quaint local village with a market, delicious boulangerie and welcoming restaurants well worth a visit, the large supermarket “Super U” offers a variety of French specialties and a delicious fresh fish counter with the local catch of the day.
The beaches of both Mimizan and Biscarrosse are approximately 20km and the Bassin d’Arcachon, a sophisticated holiday resort with plenty of boutiques and fabulous fish restaurants is 45km.
Also just 45km, is the highest sand dune in Europe, the Dune du Plya is over 100 meters in height and the challenge to climb to the top will reward you with the most spectacular views.
Don’t forget to visit Bordeaux a beautiful port city which lies on the Garonne River, often referred to locally as the “French Sleeping Beauty”. Bordeaux is the capital of the Aquitaine and world famous for its great wines and châteaux region. It is filled with magnificent buildings and cathedrals, not to mention a wealth of luxury shops so if window shopping is your thing then spend a day out strolling along the spacious pedestrianised boulevards, enjoy an aperitif in a pavement café and lunch in one of the many restaurants situated on the banks of the river Garonne.
