The house is situated in Uza which is near to Lit et Mixe. There is an extensive network of cycle routes next to the house. Also very close are Cap de l'Homy beach which is a lovely family beach and the more lively Contis Plage.
This is an old property with thick stone walls which has been re-modernised. The exterior walls of the house keep it cool in summer.
The kitchen has been recently installed and has modern equipment. The living area is open plan with a spacious and welcoming atmosphere.
