(one of these is a water bed) There is a very well equipped modern kitchen with patio doors leading onto barbeque and dining area and10x5 meter roman pool, outside solar shower and changing area. kitchen facilities include dishwasher ,washing machine, ironing board and iron,cooker hob,microwave, fridge /freezer,coffee machine and food processor. large comfortable salon with log fire, also with patio doors leading to pool.  Satellite t.v. d.v.d and c.d player and hi fi , all with surround sound system. Large dining room with air conditioning, log fire or electric heating.three toilets, bathroom with bath overhead shower and twin washbasins. En suite with shower washbasin and toilet.  the house is 2.5 kms from the nearest town of Tonneins. Set in two acres of gardens and parkland including a small fenced lake in a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful countryside. There is plenty of room for you to spread. Top up your tan by the pool, or why not take a walk along the sunflower strewn country lanes or along the miles of picturesque canal walks, stopping for a glass of wine at the local hostelry ( of Rick Stein fame ) or even hire a boat to while away a sunny day. Explore the Bastides, Grottes and Chateaux of the area, or visit the very popular night markets.  For the more energitic, a variety of local sports such as horse riding, canoeing, cycling, fishing or even jet skiing.
