Set in a remote, but not isolated location, recently renovated and upgraded, to a high specification, this beautiful and spacious barn conversion is a must for the ultimate stress free and relaxed get away.
Located in an acre of open country side with far reaching and peaceful views across green belt land. Accessible via a country lane which ends at the property. It is ideally located for either a relaxing and intimate break or for using as a base to explore the delights of Brittany. It is perfect for those who want to spend time in private. Its a lovely romantic area which is ideal for a single couple, two couples or for families. Children are very welcome and there's plenty for them to explore, space for them to run and play and for everyone to let off as much steam as required.

Outside
Large outdoor garden areas are accessible to all guests. The land and gardens sit below open skies and are south facing catcing the sun all day. There are no near neighbours and the land is not overlooked by any other property.This is an ideal spot for those seeking some privacy and seclusion and for those who wish to take advantage of the spacious grassy area to run, play and make as much noise as necessary. Children are very welcome.
The sliding patio doors leading from the kitchen open on to a large westerly facing patio area with external lighting this adjoins the large grassed area which is also overlooked by the House. Here barbecues or picnics can be taken, where outdoor games can be enjoyed or tents set up (guests must bring their own). There is an additional south facing patio area accessed via sliding doors in the Dining area for those quieter moments.
This is without doubt an exceptional spot to enjoy a glass of local wine whilst relaxing, catching the sun or star gazing during the peaceful evenings.
Parking
There is ample and extensive parking to facilitate numerous cars. vans or motorhomes.
Coast/Beaches
Coastal towns and beaches along the picturesque Cote-de-Granit Rose area on the Northern Brittany coast are only around a 90 minute drive away. Here you can find excellent surfing at Tregastel and beaches at Baie-de-Lannion, St Michel en-Greve and Perros-Guirec.
Travel
The nearest sea port is Roscoff, which is about a 60-75 minute drive away. Airports at Brest (about 90 minutes), Dinard (2 hours) and Lorient (60-90 minutes)
A Car is essential!
Distances/Things of interest
The property is ideally located to visit rural and coastal locations.
Lorient, Quimper, Auray, Pontivy are all around a 60 minute drive away, Vannes around 60-90 minute drive and Concarneau around 90 minutes away. There are many other local places of historical interest or natural beauty and again only a short drive away these include: Carhaix-Ploughuer, Le Faouet, Chateaulin, Rostrenen and Guemene-sur-Scorff. The pretty town of Gourrec is only 20 minutes away and Guingamp is within easy reach as well.
Locally this is the perfect spot for walks or cycling. If however you fancy exploring further afield then the picturesque open and undulating moorland of Monts D'arree is around 30-45 minutes away. The Lake at Lac de Guerledon is also around a 30 minute drive away.
