Situated in the lovely village of Plumaugat, 20 minutes from Dinan and only 5 minutes from Caulnes, Broons and St.Meen le Grand. The village boasts 2 bars, a supermarket and hairdressers with fantastic country walks along the river rance or the surrounding countryside on it's doorstep.
St.Malo and Dinard are a 40 minute drive away, as is Rennes and St.Brieuc. The local towns have large hypermarkets, swimming pools bars and restaurants as well as a thriving integrated British community.
Each apartment is self contained with a high spec kitchen (including white goods) and bathroom with the rent including all bills (except a 50 euro winter heating allowance from November to Febuary).
The 1 bedroom apartment has a kitchen diner, seperate lounge, bathroom with a double bedroom (350 pcm)
