Situated in the lovely village of Plumaugat, 20 minutes from Dinan and only 5 minutes from Caulnes, Broons and St.Meen le Grand. The village boasts 2 bars, a supermarket and hairdressers with fantastic country walks along the river rance or the surrounding countryside on it's doorstep.
St.Malo and Dinard are a 40 minute drive away, as is Rennes and St.Brieuc. The local towns have large hypermarkets, swimming pools bars and restaurants as well as a thriving integrated British community. Each apartment is self contained with a high spec kitchen (including white goods) and bathroom with the rent including all bills (except a 50 euro winter heating allowance from November to Febuary). The 1 bedroom apartment has a kitchen diner, seperate lounge, bathroom with a double bedroom (350 pcm) The 2 bedroom apartment has a kitchen/lounge, bathroom with two double bedrooms (450 pcm) The 3 bedroom apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with 3 double bedrooms (or you could use one as a lounge) (500 pcm) Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere with laundery service (5 euros per wash) and storage available. MUST be seen to be appareciated as these apartments are not the usual fare... I've brought some English country style and comfort to a rural France.
