This villa is perfectly located, in the midst of the French north coast, this gives you the chance travel readily to the Ile de Bréhat, Cap Fréhel, St Malo, the Mont St Michel and the Côte de Granit Rose. The Côte de Granit Rose is renowned for being a land of pink stone, the pink granite rocks along the coast have been eroded into fantastic shapes.This house is really well situated, 2km away from Pordic village (all shops, tennis courts and restaurants) and 400m from the “Petit Havre” beach (very appreciated for it provides both sand and pebbles, and shelters). The property comprises of a living room (satellite TV), a fully fitted open kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, cooker hood and hob vitreous ceramic) with laundry, WC, bathroom, three bedrooms (one single bed, two double bed), and a charming terrace (c. 17m²) with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The villa is set in a garden (about 800m²) with a parking.
