Situated in Department 35 Ille et Vilaine in Northern Brittany, just over the Normandy border, Maison Verte is the ideal holiday retreat from which to explore North West France. This converted Barn to which the Gite is attached, has been renovated with all modern amenities is in an idyllic rural setting, but is close to the A84 motorway, 20 minutes from Le Mont St. Michel and 20 minutes from the medieval town of Fougeres with its Historic Chateau. There are also some unspoilt beaches within an easy distance.

The ferry ports of Caen and St. Malo are 1 hour away, Cherbourg and Le Havre 2 hours away and Calais is a 4 hour drive away.
The accommodation consists of downstairs, a Lounge Diner, Kitchen (equipped with a full size cooker, washing machine and fridge / Freezer) , shower room and Toilet. Upstairs 2 double bedrooms, (1 with double bed, 1 with twin single beds) and a bunk room with 2 full size bunks and a shower room with toilet. Sleeping 6 people in total.
Outside is a patio area equipped with Patio table with Parasol, chairs and sun lounger’s also included is a Barbeque.
Included in the cost is all bed linen, towels, cooking gas and electric so there are no hidden extras.
