LA COUR is located in the quiet hamlet of Paimbu, just 1 Km from the village of Masserac. It is well situated for reaching the many beaches and attractions of the Loire Atlantique & Southern Brittany. Approx 10 miles north east of the town of Redon which is about 30 miles south of the city of Rennes, (an easy drive from the ferry ports of St Malo, Cherbourg, Caen and Roscoff and the airports of Nantes and Rennes).
Walnut Cottage (sleeps 4) has an open plan living area with open fire and wood burner, English satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. Laundry room offers free use of facilities including washing machine, irons and ironing boards. There are two bedrooms one double and one twin. The bathroom has a bath and shower. Walnut Cottage has a private enclosed garden complete with BBQ and garden furniture.
Duvets and pillows provided. Linen is available for an extra charge or if you prefer you may supply your own. Cot and high chair available. There is also a selection of cycles from kids to full size available for you to use free of charge.

On Your Doorstep
Begin your day by taking a gentle 5-minute stroll to the friendly local boulangerie to buy your fresh bread and croissants for breakfast. The village also offers a French cafe (bar) and restaurant. Another 10 minutes away is the lively town of Guemene-Penfao where you will find a supermarket, indoor swimming pool, canoe hire for paddling along the River Don and pony trekking. Fishing enthusiasts can take advantage of the private fishing lake just 5 minutes away from the cottages.

Also close to home why not follow the River Vilaine as it meanders peacefully through the rural countryside stretching for many miles. Take a cycle ride or walk on the accompanying toll path and enjoy a picnic on the riverside.
