Conveniently located a few minutes from the nearest large town, the Chateau is 45 minutes from the cities of Rennes or Nantes (with its international airport) and within easy access to the south Breton coast. The Chateau’s grounds cover 3 hectares with park, woodland and beautifully mature trees (of which 2 hectares is constructible land).

CHATEAU
This magnificent Chateau with four towers (three round / 1 square) was built in the 15th and 16th century, and added to in the 19th Century.
The main entrance to the Chateau and grounds is via double opening wrought iron gates, along a private sweeping drive to a courtyard with parking for many cars, and rear courtyard.
On the ground floor the Chateau comprises of four reception rooms plus chapel, 2 kitchens, 2 WCs, main staircase and servants staircase to the first floor.
On the first floor are 10 bedrooms, one with en-suite dressing room in the tower, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette – could again provide a 2 bedroom apartment in one wing and further 8 bedrooms and bathrooms/shower rooms as required.
From the servants quarters a third staircase provides access to the second floor, where there are 6 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite, a tower room and access to a den/playroom in the tower.

Stone walls with four entry points enclose the sides of the grounds, which cover 3 hectares of park, woodland and beautifully mature trees (of this 2 hectares is constructible land).

In the grounds are three detached buildings for renovation including a Grange, Caretakers Cottage and former Dairy.

There is also ancient stone built kennels, 2 tennis courts in need of restoration, former stone shed in state of disrepair, 2 small ruins for possible reconstruction, old vegetable, well, private woods, with a walkway around a small lake, from which the stone was taken to build the Chateau.
