A very fine example of a total renovation of this Beautiful 17th Century stone Longere. The House is currently run as a very successful Gite Business and has had a very satisfying summer for 2009.

The House comprises of a four bedroom House with two shower rooms and a Bathroom with a bath and over head shower. A large open plan living area boasts beautiful beams, a vast space with an oak kitchen, a dining area and the living area with a walk in Breton stone fireplace incorporating a large wood burning stove.

The second House is a two bedroom House and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom incorporating a large shower cubicle, Bidet, toilet and vanity sink unit. The main bedroom has a handcrafted oak fitted wardrobe made  by french artisans. The House is set in a very quiet rural hamlet with other houses and only one permanent neighbour, but it is not isolated as the village is just one kilometre away and the area is surrounded by many towns, villages etc.
