Lovely old stone longiere which has been fully restored. The main house to let and the other half, originally the barn where we spend some of the summer months. It is in a small quiet hamlet surrounded by wonderful countryside. The nearest town of Guemene is only about four miles away with bars, restaurants and shops. The lovely sandy south coast beaches are about a 45 minute drive away. The cottage has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower and wc., bedroom two has a single bed and a cot, bedroom three has bunk beds. Downstairs is a large open lounge, kitchen, diner overlooked by the original stone Breton fireplace with log burner. Also downstairs is a further shower and wc as well as a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.The price is fully inclusive and also includes towels, bedding and wi-fi internet connection.
