This spacious villa, with its separate self-contained apartment is set in its own walled and private enclosure of 4000 sq meters. The garden is mature with an automatic irrigation system and mature trees, including several species of fruit trees and carefully tended flower beds and hanging baskets together with an organic vegetable garden. The produce of the latter is at your disposal for the duration of your stay.

The villa is also eco-friendly with solar heated hot water, solar heated salt-water indoor salt-water pool. Electricity generated by a state of the art solar tracking panel array. An outdoor solar-heated shower is also included.

A flower bedecked gazebo allows for shaded outdoor dining/snoozing in the hot summer days and warm evenings.

You can also take in the rays by lazing or snoozing in the hammocks and/or loungers in the garden or patio. The pool offers the possibility to relax at a poolside controlled temperature environment or swim in a salt-water 30 to 35 degrees crystalline pool.
