A 200 year old wine-making maison de village. The Gite has been tastefully rennovated retaining many original features, exposing original beams and stoneword to effect. It comprises of an entrance hallway leading up to the stairway to the first floor. On the ground floor is a modern open-plan kitchen with points for washing machine and dishwasher. The hob is fed by gas cylinder and the oven is electric fan assisted. There are ample power points throughout. Floors are a mix of tile and wooden effect here. There is ample storage space for foodstuffs and utensils/crockery.
The lounge area features a large open wood-burning fireplace and there is a dining area large enough to entertain guests comfortably. There is a TV/SAT point and a Sky dish on the roof, as well as French phone sockets. Each room has heating points for fitting of storage/oil filled radiators for all year use.
The property can be rented fully furnished and with all appliances by negotiation.
