The house is facing a small lawned square with vine covered arbour where the locals gather for their afternoon chats. There is ample parking around the house.

On the ground floor is a bright and sunny kitchen diner with a new woodburner and equipped with gas cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave etc.
On the 1st floor is a sunny lounge with julliet style balcony with views to the surrounding mountains. Original oak polished floors and equipped with english tv. Bathroom which is newly modernised with large walk-in shower.

Quillan is in the heart of Cathar country and situated on the River Aude with kayaking, rafting, fishing etc.
