Quillan French Town House

The House in Quillan is a typical French town house – low maintenance, and very comfortable.

The lounge and combined kitchen are situated on the ground floor with the dining area to the side. 

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and space under for an oven. Washing machine plumbing and large stainless steel double bowl Ikea sink unit with pull out mixer tap.

Large central island Ikea worktop and storage unit completes the simple and stylish studio type kitchen area.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with French doors to front and small balcony,  large walk-in cupboard .

First floor shower room ( wc, basin, shower, heated towel rail.) Shaver socket, light etc

The layout on the second floor is the same as the first but has a corner bath with shower attachment over as well as basin and WC. 

At attic/third floor level there is an enclosed  double bedroom and an area for a clothes line and storage with large built in cupboard. Small window to front and roof lights. Possible conversion to roof terrace?

Quillan has a main line rail link to Limoux and Carcassonne which by car is about 45 mins away, Perpignan is about the same. Good selection of restuarants and quiet bars. Free parking is plentiful throughout Quillan. Sports facilities are in the village and easy access to fantastic walks and stunning scenery. You will find the Mediteranean just one hour's drive away with great sandy beaches and lively resorts or quiet fishing villages.

For winter sports enthusiasts, the house is just 45minutes away from the ski slopes which cater for most grades of skiers.
