This is a beautifully restored period town house on a quiet street just a few minutes walk from Place Aux Herbes - the centre of Uzes and where the two main weekly markets take place. The townhouse is set over three floors and boasts three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) and a den/study with a double sofa bed in case accommodation was needed for eight guests. There are two bathrooms both with heated towel rails and waterfall walk-in showers. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love cooking and features a breakfast bar. There is a dining / lounge area with a large dining room table, chairs, sofa and armchairs and a patio to the rear of the property with an old established vine to provide shade when al fesco dining. The patio has a table and chairs and a bbq and is a suntrap between 10am and 4pm. There is satellite TV, a DVD player, a hi-fi system and broadband available.
