Our house is typically known as a ''Vigneronne''. It used to be owned by a wine master. It has a large garage on the ground floor with the living area above on the first and second floors. You enter through an iron gate with interphone, which leads you to the garden. You will find the fenced swimming pool (8 x 4) and the lovely gravelled garden. There is a flight of steps to the 1st floor bringing you to the main entrance. Here there is a large terrace, which gives you full view on the garden, and it is where most meals are taken for those who enjoy eating outside.

Inside there is a large L shaped living room with marble fireplace, and outside a charming balcony. There is a generous kitchen/dining room area that leads by French doors onto the terrace. There is a downstairs WC. You get to the second floor by a stone staircase with iron balustrade. There are four bedrooms giving views on the village and the countryside. There is a shower room and a w.c on this floor. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3 have double beds. Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunk beds, i.e. sleeping 4. Bedroom 4 has a king size bed + ensuite bathroom. Two cots are also available.
